looking at the exemple of cybermobbing, which happend  to Bernadette, you have to take the different aspects into the focus:
a) the students:  I think it is possitive to work with the students in a way as it is suggested. But in addition in a long term  view the teacher has to be aware of the danger that the students roll of a victim of cybermobbing is manifested. The  more you talk about the situation of the same student being a victim of mobbing again and again the bigger is the danger that his/her roll in the class is manifested.
In a long termv view it makes sense to let the victim name one mentor, a student of the class he/she is very familiar with. This mentor can be a support in critical situations. 
another useful tool is to give the victim the task to write some daily protocoll about situations in which cybermobbing happens on the one hand and situations in which positive interaction with the class happens on the other hand. So the victim has got a chance to change his/her focus from the perspective of a victim to the perspective of a full accepted member of the class.
b)  the  parents; it is important to inform the parents both of the victim and the offender.
c) the school; in case the cybermobbing happend in school the school in its responsibility for the mental and  pysical health both of students and teachers has to organize consequences which are give by school laws,  which for example could be an exclusion for some days.
